Steve began as a general contractor in Pennsylvania and worked on historical properties, commercial buildings, government contracts, and residences. Since moving to Florida in 2006, his emphasis has been on homes. He is hands-on in all aspects of the business: networking, project managing, budgeting to name just a few. But Steve finds most gratifying meeting with clients and creating a plan which brings their dreams to reality. Whether homeowners know exactly what their project will include, or they want direction to envision what their remodel could achieve - Steve will listen and devote the time necessary to come up with designs clients are happy with.
